Made on Whidbey Island: Your Guide to Local Food Products

You don’t have to travel far to find farm-fresh, homemade, and high-quality food products when you live on Whidbey Island! From mouthwatering jams and artisanal chocolates to local grass-fed meats and island-made sauces and seasonings, Whidbey Island is home to some people who are seriously talented in the kitchen.

When you’re trying to find a gift for someone, we all know how hard it can be to shop for that person who “has everything.” Giving the gift of food makes it easier—who wouldn’t want a bread subscription (keep scrolling!) or a bar of handcrafted, single origin chocolate?

The creations are made by mother-daughter duo Jan and Becca, and Becca’s daughters are the official tasters and “jam makers in training”! Their list of jam flavors is impressive—in addition to classics like strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry, you’ll find more unique flavors like Apricot Balsamic, Chipotle Nectarine, Peach Bourbon, and Blueberry Spice in the mix as well. (Click here for a list of flavor options.)

You can order the sweet creations online, but you can also find 3 Generations at several farmers markets and shops—click here for the complete list!

Kim Graves adds that “their pies are amazing! But I love that they have such a wide variety of gift items. I’m making northwest baskets for my in-laws and my dad this year for Christmas & I know I’ll be able to get almost everything at 3 Sisters. I also love their humanely raised & butchered meat.”
